Tray Loader with downstream Divert

• System to accept stacked and load product into trays 7.0" to 11.5" wide.
• Product & reject conveyors, 12” wide solid urethane belting.
• 430CD Tray Denester, 80 trays/min, 350 tray cap, PLC control.
• Tray accumulation zone 900 Series Intralox Belt 12” wide, slave driven.
• Tray and load 45 deg conveyor, 2400 Series Intralox Belting 12” wide.
• Product in place and Tray in place Photo-Eyes installed at the end of

the Tray/Load Conveyor.

• Downstream divert and reject conveyor, solid urethane belting.
• Pneumatic operated divert, interface to scale.
• Reject conveyors to have end of conveyor photo-eye.
• All urethane belt conveyors to be cantilever mount from one side.
• All conveyors to have variable speed DC gearmotors, pot. control.
• Gearmotors housed in stn. stl. cantilever frame.
• Construction consists of stainless steel, delrin and anodized aluminum.
• Stainless steel electrical enclosures, all wiring included.
• Electrical requirements of 120 VAC single phase.
